Book Manager helps to choose an apartment for the dates of interest and informs about the price depending on the format of accommodation and number of guests.
Prepayment
After the terms are agreed, the guest pays 50% of the accommodation cost. The manager sends out a booking confirmation form with all details of the reservation.
Run
Rent time at the apartment is 15:00. 20 minutes before arrival the guest informs about his arrival. The check-in manager meets the guest in the lobby of the tower, accompanies him/her to the apartment, signs the accommodation form, makes a copy of the passport (front page and the last registration), accepts the final payment in case of partial payment, accepts the security deposit.
